**Role Description**

This is a full-time User Experience Designer role located in Mohali. The User Experience Designer at Growth Natives will be responsible for tasks such as design thinking, user research, visual design, user experience (UX) design, and prototyping to create engaging digital experiences for clients.

**Qualifications**
- Design Thinking and Visual Design skills
- 3-4 years of experience
- User Research and User Experience (UX) design skills
- Experience in Prototyping
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, AI, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
