**Job Summary**:
You should bring a strong understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, along with the ability to advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate research insights into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, visual designers, and other stakeholders to align UX with business and user goals.
- Create and maintain UX documentation including personas, journey maps, and usability test reports.
- Advocate for accessibility, usability, and UX best practices throughout the organization.
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, testing results, and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 4-7 years of hands-on UX design experience in product-led or digital-first environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, In Vision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with developers and product owners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design rationale effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in HCI, Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in SaaS or cross-platform product design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Exposure to tools like Hotjar, Maze, Optimal Workshop, or similar usability research platforms.
- Understanding of A/B testing, analytics, and UX KPIs.
