Responsibilities:
As a Medical Counsellor, you will be responsible for managing the patients coming to our Hospitals in Chandigarh tri-city. This will include understanding patient problems, Doctor’ advice, guiding patients about the treatment, procedure, technique, benefits, precautions, post treatment do’s/don’ts, with necessary follow-ups pre/ post treatment etc.
- Knowledge in medical services and healthcare sector.
- Creating/ ideating content for patients understanding/ benefit.
- Ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting them with their issues/concerns
- Coordinates appointments, referrals for all patients.
- Strategizing ideas to improve conversion.
- Drive improvements in patient experience
- Serving as a backup when other employees are on leave etc
- Taking decisions when needed without supervision to ensure smooth customer

experience
- Developing the knowledge of patient needs and trends to improve overall

satisfaction and loyalty
Skill set:

- Self-driven
- Go getter attitude
- Fail fast. Learn Faster.
- Have strong generalized problem solving skills
- Good listening and communication skills - Comfortable in English, Telugu & Hindi

Education, Experience, Compensation:

- 1-3 years’ experience in medical office/clinic or institutional setting

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
