JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaison between patients, attenders, consultants and administration. Ensures thorough and timely resolution of patient issues, concerns, and complaints.
  • To co-ordinate requirements of patients and the attendants during hospital visit.
  • Handling patient queries related to infertility and health-related concerns.
  • Counselling patients about the various treatment options available.
  • Review medical reports and suggest appropriate treatments in collaboration with fertility specialists.
  • To brief the patient and the attendant about the availability of doctor and approximate waiting time.
  • Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible.
  • To interact with other stake holders and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements if it is OP to IP conversion.
  • Guide patients for further process post consultation like investigations, pharmacy etc.
  • To interact with pharmacy, lab and other diagnostic services and carryout proactive measures to achieve zero error in patient requirements.

Job Specifications:

  • Minimum Qualification – Graduation
  • Technical Qualification – Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Minimum - 3 to 6 years exp as IVF Counsellor in Fertility Centers.
  • Able to speak local language, English and Hindi.
  • Work Location: JNTU- Hi Tec, Plot No. 55 & 56, Near Hi-Tec City MMTS Station, City Road, 7th Phase, Kukatpally Housing Board Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana
