**ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India**:
ExxonMobil’s affiliates have offices in India in Bengaluru, Mumbai and the National Capital Region.

ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India supporting the Product Solutions business engage in the marketing, sales and distribution of performance as well as specialty products across chemicals and lubricants businesses. The India planning teams are also embedded with global business units for business planning and analytics.

ExxonMobil’s LNG affiliate in India supporting the upstream business provides consultant services for other ExxonMobil upstream affiliates and conducts LNG market-development activities.

The Global Business Center - Technology Center provides a range of technical and business support services for ExxonMobil’s operations around the globe.

**What role you will play in our team**:

- Projects and Process Advisor role for business operations team of SAP LVC commercial operations
- Project handling and implementation, process management, analytics

**What you will do**:
**Project Responsibilities**:

- Directly manage project coordination, progress assessments (including economics) and project stewardship for MBU (Market Business Unit) and global level projects
- Responsible for business unit buy-in, MOC (Management of change), communication plan, successful implementation, complete testing and data validation
- Ensure project economics are incorporated into P&B (Planning and Budgeting) as appropriate
- Support project prioritization discussions thorough cost or benefit understanding
- Own digital-related project and process activities; guide development of tools according to business needs in collaboration with EMIT and digital transformation

**Process Responsibilities**:

- Manage development, maintenance and streamlining of customer-centric, globally consistent processes that improve customer experience and operational performance
- Drive process simplification
- Develop project and initiative proposals to simplify processes and activities
- Develop new or update existing processes in conjunction with project implementation

**Potential Additional Responsibilities (as assigned)**:

- Support CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System) IT risk assessments; systems sustainment and support frameworks
- Own SharePoint sites; MBU (Market Business Unit) SharePoint site coordinator including access management ensuring compliance with business interaction guidelines
- Responsible for maintaining and improving knowledge management platforms (SAP MBU (Market Business Unit) Learning Site, Training Modules, Onboarding Checklists)
- Business continuity plan, UIA (Unit Internal Assessment) support, RGM (Records Management Guide) support
