Academic Counselor

The Academic Counselor is responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding academic planning, career choices, and personal development. They work closely with students to help them set and achieve educational goals and assist in navigating various academic challenges. They serve as a mentor, advisor, and resource to enhance students’ academic success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling & Advising**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to help students set academic goals and identify suitable career paths.
- Assist students in selecting courses, majors, and programs that align with their interests and long-term goals.
- Guide students through academic challenges and support academic success.
- **Educational Planning**:

- Help students develop an academic plan that aligns with their personal and career objectives.
- Track student progress and identify any areas where they may need additional support or resources.
- Advise on course selection, prerequisites, and graduation requirements to ensure timely progress toward graduation.
- **Resource Coordination**:

- Connect students with campus resources, such as tutoring, mental health services, career counseling, and extracurricular programs.
- Provide information about scholarships, internships, study abroad opportunities, and other enrichment programs.
- **Career Guidance**:

- Offer guidance on career exploration, job market trends, and skills development to prepare students for post-graduation success.
- Assist with resume writing, interview preparation, and networking strategies.
- Organize workshops and career fairs to connect students with potential employers and internship opportunities.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
