**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students (in person, over phone, or online) about academic programs, admission processes, and career options.
- Assist students in course selection and academic planning based on their interests and performance.
- Conduct orientation sessions and educational seminars for incoming students.
- Maintain student records and update CRM systems with accurate details.
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to ensure student success.
- Resolve student concerns related to academics, schedules, or course outcomes.
- Meet targets related to admissions, counseling sessions, and student satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, education sales, or student support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in educational institutions, ed-tech platforms, or student recruitment.
- Multilingual skills (especially if handling diverse student populations).
- Familiarity with international education systems (for study abroad counselors).
