**Outbound Calling**:

- **Lead Generation**:You actively reach out to potential customers to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for sales teams.
- **Sales Promotion**:You deliver sales pitches, explain product features and benefits, and persuade customers to make purchases or sign up for services.
- **Building Relationships**:You aim to establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and foster positive interactions.

**Inbound Calling**:

- **Customer Service**:You handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support.
- **Information Provision**:You offer accurate and detailed information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- **Issue Resolution**:You identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.

**Other Important Responsibilities**:

- **CRM Management**:Telecallers update customer information, call details, and interaction records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Collaboration**:You work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Documentation**:You prepare reports and documentation based on their conversations and observations, providing feedback to their team lead.
- **Product Knowledge**:You need to stay updated on the company's products, services, and relevant industry trends.
- **Communication Skills**:You require strong verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and the ability to adapt their communication style.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
