As a **Loan Processor**, you’ll be pivotal in transforming how Australians secure home loans. You’ll guide clients through one of their most significant financial decisions, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience from start to finish.

**About the Role**

As a Loan Processor, you’ll be a critical part of the operation, working alongside Mortgage Brokers, clients, and lenders to manage the loan process from submission to settlement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the loan process.
- Collaborate with Mortgage Brokers to gather, verify, and organise client documentation, ensuring compliance with Australian lending and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records and workflows in CRM systems, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
- Stay updated on Australian mortgage regulations and comply with all submissions and interactions.
