Panchkula, India Bloom Coffee Roasters Full time

Hey there We're looking for a new production team member to join our crew and help us package our amazing coffee. You'll be based in Panchkula, Haryana and work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm.

Here's what you'll be doing:

- Making sure our delicious coffee gets to the right people at the right time, by fulfilling orders with great attention to detail.
- Efficiently and accurately preparing the production line by blending, weighing, grinding, and bagging coffee beans.
- Assembling, packing, labeling and organizing coffee bags with diligence and care, to make sure each one is packed perfectly.
- Keeping your station and the warehouse clean and organized, and cleaning the floor after each production run.
- Supporting your team members and keeping the production running smoothly.
- Managing and reporting inventory of different coffees and packaging material.
- Participating in weekly machine maintenance and reporting any issues encountered, so we can stay ahead of any problems.
- Following and supporting all food safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices rules and regulations.

- You're reliable and consistent, and your manager and teammates can always depend on you to be punctual, dedicated, and bring your A-game.
- You're comfortable operating machinery on a daily basis.
- You have a deep love and respect for delicious coffee, food, and exceptional coffee experiences for our patrons
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in production.
- You can lift up to 30 kg of weight comfortably.
- You can read, write, and speak English adequately.

This is a physical role, and will have physical demands.

**Salary**: ₹8,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
