**Inventory Management**:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods or materials against purchase orders or delivery notes. Maintain accurate records of all inventory items, including quantities, descriptions, and locations. Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. **Storage and Organization**:Arrange items in a systematic and easily accessible manner within the storage facility. Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and placement of products or materials. Implement a "first-in, first-out" (FIFO) system to manage perishable or time-sensitive items. **Issuing and Receiving**:Prepare items for outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and documenting as necessary. Release materials or products to authorized personnel based on requisitions or requests. Ensure that all issued items are accurately recorded. **Quality Control**:Inspect incoming materials or products for quality, damage, or defects. Report damaged or substandard items to the appropriate department or supervisor. **Documentation**:Maintain comprehensive records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments. Generate reports or documentation as required for inventory tracking and management. **Stock Rotation**:Monitor inventory levels and ensure that older items are used or sold before newer ones to prevent spoilage or obsolescence. **Safety and Security**:Follow safety protocols and guidelines when handling hazardous or fragile materials. Implement security measures to prevent theft or unauthorized access to the storage area. **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensure that storage equipment, such as shelves, racks, and forklifts, is well-maintained and in working order. **Communication**:Collaborate with procurement, purchasing, and other departments to coordinate inventory needs. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams regarding incoming and outgoing shipments. **Reporting**:Provide regular reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and any issues or discrepancies. **Stock Replenishment**:Monitor minimum stock levels and initiate reorder requests to ensure adequate inventory at all times. **Waste Management**:Properly dispose of or recycle materials that are no longer needed or have reached their expiry date. **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards related to inventory management. **Training and Development**:Train and mentor new store clerks or employees on proper inventory management procedures. **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift **Education**: - Bachelor's (preferred) **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
