Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

Prepare 2D/3D layouts, presentation drawings, mood boards, and design documentation.

Review and refine architectural plans submitted by external consultants or design teams.

Ensure that all designs are aligned with the company’s vision, budget, and technical feasibility.

Project Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams including civil, MEP, interiors, and landscape for seamless integration of services.

Liaise with external consultants, structural engineers, and PMC to ensure design integrity and timely delivery.

Participate in client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes, DCR regulations, and statutory approvals.

Coordinate documentation required for approvals from government authorities (e.g., RERA, MOEF, fire, etc.).

Site & Execution Support:
Provide on-site design clarifications and resolve technical or design issues during execution.

Conduct regular site visits to ensure the execution matches the approved drawings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

Registered with Council of Architecture (COA).

5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with real estate developers or in a design-build environment.
Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.

Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with real estate developers or construction firms.

Familiarity with green building norms, sustainable design, and smart home solutions.
