We are a growing company specializing in NFC-enabled products (1Card) and review solutions (Revuz), focused on improving business operations through modern technologies.

**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination. They will also assist with eCommerce operations and process improvements, working across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage order processing, shipping, and inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for restocking.
- Assist in optimizing online listings and eCommerce operations.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders and shipping.
- Monitor key operational metrics and suggest improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with inventory management tools or ERP systems.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
