**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations**:

- Handle **sourcing** of materials and manage supplier relationships.
- Oversee **order processing**, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping and returns.
- Track and maintain inventory to avoid stockouts and ensure timely reordering.

**eCommerce**:

- Assist with **product listings**, optimizing for customer experience and sales performance.
- Support the **day-to-day management** of the eCommerce platform (product updates, inventory management, etc.).
- Learn and assist in optimizing eCommerce operations for higher efficiency and better user experience.
- Be actively involved in monitoring eCommerce KPIs (sales, customer reviews, etc.).

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in operations, eCommerce, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Eagerness to learn** and grow into an eCommerce expert, with on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to handle operational tasks such as **sourcing**, **inventory tracking**, and **order management**.
- Basic knowledge or familiarity with eCommerce platforms (**Shopify, WooCommerce**, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
- **Problem-solving mindset** with attention to detail for managing eCommerce tasks efficiently.
