We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Community Engagement Tele caller to join our team in Delhi. As a Community Engagement Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to community members and stakeholders over the phone to drive engagement and enhance their experience on our website. Your goal will be to build strong connections, address their queries, and encourage participation within our online community.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or in a customer service role, preferably in a community engagement or online platform setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and persuasive phone demeanour.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with community members.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively to meet targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of online community dynamics, social media platforms, and website navigation.
- Empathy and patience to address user queries and concerns with professionalism and understanding.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other telephony tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
