Front Office Receptionist

The **Front Desk Receptionist** is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing phone calls, appointments, and ensuring a welcoming, organized reception area. Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, manage meeting rooms, and maintain an organized calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments (e.g., filing, document handling, and data entry).
- Ensure the confidentiality and professionalism of all interactions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in front desk or customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

This role requires someone who is personable, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service to clients and staff.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
