**Job Title**: Front Office Receptionist
**Location**: Bandra Office
We are seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Executive to manage the day-to-day front office operations efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
**Visitor Management**:
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients.
- Maintain a visitor log and coordinate appointments.
**Office Upkeep and Management**:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintenance.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
**Inventory and Supplies Management**:
- Maintain and replenish office supplies, including first aid supplies.
- Conduct regular supply audits to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
**Attendance Management**:
- Monitor and maintain staff attendance records accurately in excel
**Housekeeping Supervision**:
- Ensure housekeeping staff performs cleaning and maintenance duties efficiently.
**Cost and Budget Management**:
- Monitor office expenses and stay within budgetary guidelines.
**Adhoc Administrative Support**:
- Assist staff with administrative tasks as required.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office management and administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other office tools.
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years in a similar role preferred.
