**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently conduct field sales in the parts of Bihar.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Regularly visit the market to gather insights and feedback.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process without team support.

**Requirements**:

- Up to 3 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG food industry.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets independently.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG food market in Bihar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
