**Role Summary**

As a **Sales Executive** at Radiance, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing leads, and guiding clients to the solutions that best meet their hair‑replacement needs. You’ll collaborate closely with our in‑house counsellors and hair specialists to ensure every client journey is seamless—from first inquiry through post‑service follow‑up.

Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**:

- Proactively source and qualify new leads via walk‑ins, calls, social media, and events
- Follow up on marketing‑driven inquiries (website, Google, Facebook, Instagram)
- **Client Consultations**:

- Conduct initial needs‑analysis discussions to understand each client’s concerns and goals
- Present tailored service packages, pricing, and financing options (0% EMI available)
- **Sales Closure & Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (set in collaboration with Studio Manager)
- Negotiate terms, process service bookings, and secure deposits
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build strong, trust‑based relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Maintain accurate client records and sales data in the CRM system
- **Coordination & Teamwork**:

- Liaise with Counsellors, Technicians, and Studio Manager to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in organizing in‑studio promotional events and community outreach

Qualifications & Skills
- **Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; MBA/Marketing preferred
- 1-3 years of proven sales performance, ideally in beauty, healthcare, or wellness
- **Core Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities; target‑driven mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client care
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
