**About Us**: Join Tikshark, a rapidly growing digital marketing company, targeting FMCG, construction, and non-tech companies in India. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Intern to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and help us achieve our ambitious targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- He/She will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability, and help the business grow.
- He/She Will be searching for new clients, finding new potential services to offer, and helping the company expand to new markets.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently, fast learner and passion for sales, self-motivated with a result driven approach.
- Pitching & Identifying leads, Maintaining fruitful relationships with customers, New Client Acquisition, lead generation.
- Achieve established team targets for new sales, sales renewals, database participation and client work.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
