**_JOB SUMMARY_**

**Technical Knowledge Required: -**

**Engineering drawing reading and understanding**

**Capability to discuss technical requirement for Project of customer & Ability to suggest optimum solutions**

**Rapid learning of HVAC, OT Clean Room Technology And Turnkey Project.**

**1). Will be responsible for Proposal Making and Costing of Project proposal.**

**2). He/she should be self-motivated for business results**

**3). Should be able to establish business relationship for a long term with customers.**

**4). Should be able to understand costing, pricing, commercial and Payment Terms**

**5). Knowledge about Cleanroom Standard, HVAC Standard, Product Costing, Project Costing.**

**6). Knowledge about MS office specially Expertise in Excel**

**7). Responsible for Business social media Management**

**Skill / Competencies Require: -**

**_1). Excellent communication skills in English and in vernacular language_**

**_2). Target oriented approach_**

**_3). Excellent analytical skills for data management and MIS preparation_**

**_4). Systematic planning skills for self-monitoring _**

**_5). Compatible with social media platform for Digital marketing _**

**_6). Persistence _**

**_7). Should be a team player_**

**_8). Knowledge of Marketing activities_**

**Areas of Responsibility: -**

**1). Increase company Project sales as per the plan**

**2). Add new customer/Application/Territories through marketing activity**

**Minimum Work Experience Required**

**1). Minimum 1-Year Experience in Project based proposal making & costing**

**Educational Qualification**

**1). Graduation/Diploma in Technical Background preferably in Mech engg/Electrical engg/ Electronics engg/BSC Math**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,028.27 - ₹15,719.09 per month
