Digital Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor digital inkjet printing machines for tile surface decoration.
- Prepare print files and ensure correct alignment and scaling of tile designs.
- Check color calibration, design consistency, and resolution before printing.
- Load and unload tiles to/from the printing line, ensuring proper handling.
- Perform routine cleaning, calibration, and maintenance of digital machines.
- Inspect printed tiles for quality defects and make real-time adjustments.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and report malfunctions to maintenance or supervisor.
- Maintain detailed production and machine operation records.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards in the printing area.
- Collaborate with design and quality control teams for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Graduation or diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (digital printing in ceramics/tiles preferred).
- Knowledge of digital printing technologies
- Basic understanding of color theory and printing processes.
- Attention to detail and good visual accuracy.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a factory environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
