**Key Responsibilities:1. Color & Glaze Application**:

- Monitor color mixing and batch preparation for consistency with approved standards.

**2. Material & Finish Quality Control**:

- Inspect tiles for defects such as color mismatch, uneven glaze, surface texture inconsistencies, cracks, or deformation.
- Use tools such as gloss meters, colorimeters, or visual comparison panels to validate finish quality.
- Ensure compliance with company CMF standards and customer specifications.

**3. Production Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor kiln output to ensure the final product matches expected CMF criteria post-firing.
- Record production data, deviations, and corrective actions in CMF quality logs.
- Report recurring issues to the shift supervisor or quality department.

**4. Equipment Handling & Maintenance**:

- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of CMF-related equipment (glaze sprayers, digital printers, rollers, etc.).
- Ensure machinery is calibrated and functioning correctly to avoid inconsistencies.

**5. Teamwork & Compliance**:

- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to maintain CMF integrity.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines, especially when handling chemicals and glazes.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical diploma in ceramics or materials is a plus).
- 0-3 years of experience in a ceramic tile manufacturing environment or similar production line.
- Knowledge of ceramic tile glazing, digital printing, or kiln operation is preferred.

**Skills Required**:

- Good eye for color, texture, and surface detail.
- Ability to follow detailed production and quality specifications.
- Familiarity with ceramic materials and CMF tools.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Computer literacy for entering production and inspection data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
