**Ciklum** is looking for a **Brand Designer **to join our team full-time in India.

**About the role**:
As a Brand Designer, you'll be an integral part of the Performance Marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Performance Marketing Manager. Collaborating closely with our Senior PPC Expert and Brand Design Lead, you’ll also coordinate with the Marketing Operations, design, and content teams. With our new social media and content strategy in development, this role offers you the chance to shape and drive the design direction, transforming strategic objectives into creative and dynamic visual concepts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design & Creative Execution:

- Develop visually compelling graphics for paid social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into high-quality visual content that resonates with the target audience
- Create motion graphics and short animations that enhance the visual impact of social media content, including GIFs, animated posts, and video ads
- Content Development:

- Design and produce a variety of digital assets, including banners, infographics, social media posts, and stories, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Contribute to the conceptualization and brainstorming of creative ideas for social media campaigns, working closely with copywriters and strategists
- Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are on time and meet quality standards
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, and video production, to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
- Trend & Platform Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media design trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and effective
- Collaboration & Innovation:

- Collaborate with the Lead Designer and other team members to continuously refine and evolve the brand’s visual identity
- Experiment with new tools, techniques, and approaches to push the boundaries of social media design

**Requirements**:

- Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social media design and motion graphics
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma skills are a big plus
- Experience with motion design and animation, including creating and editing video content
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their specifications for paid content (e.g., aspect ratios, video lengths, etc.)
- Creative & Analytical Skills:

- Strong understanding of typography, color, and composition
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple and visually appealing designs
