**Experience Designer**:
We are currently looking for exceptional talent with inherent creativity and at least 1 year of industry experience and having great potential to design and develop a broad spectrum of creative as well as clientcentric designs. We are looking for individuals who are willing to take on the challenge of building artworks/illustrations and UI elements as per the requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research the best possible ways to execute the clients’ business ideas.
- Understanding the requirement and suggesting unique solutions to the requirement.
- Develop creative designs and choose the appropriate method to meet the requirement.
- Modifying the designs as per the changing needs of the clients.
- Taking on the challenges and outshining with the solutions.
- **Skills Required**:

- Creative, artistic & good aesthetic sense.
- Passion about designing.
- Motivated and a self-starter.
- Attention to details.
- Capable of designing infographics, logos, illustrations, branding, etc.
- **Logo & Brand Identity Design.**

Knowledge and proven expertise in Brand experience including:

- Logo Concept development.
- Brand Typography Guidelines.
- Brand Colour Palette.
- Logo Usage Guidelines.
- Unique Brand Pattern.
- Application Mock-ups.
- Hands on experience in Packaging Design is a plus.
- **UX Research.**

Must be familiar and confident in:

- Performing market analysis and competitive analysis.
- Wireframes and getting them through user testing. Breaking the assumptions and figuring out the actual problem statement by interacting with target users.
- Designing App/Website content flow diagrams.
- Designing Wireframes and getting them through user testing.
- **Web/App UI Design**:

- Should have the vision how UX design can be coupled with UI design to produce extraordinary experience of using a website/app.
- Prior experience of designing screens for Responsive Websites/Apps.
- **Tools Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Must have expertise in: Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Competence in Sketch, Invision (Prototyping tool), Adobe Dreamweaver, Zeplin, Keyshape, Autodesk 3Ds MAX (or similar) is a plus.
