We are a **Design** Firm offering **Design**solutions in Architecture & Interiors on Consultancy and Design and Build basis.

We are looking for **ARCHITECT & INTERIOR DESIGNER **with 3-5 years experience for **KOLKATTA**

Analyzing architectural designs and plans & ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.

Monitor the work of other junior Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.

Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians and helping them interpret design specifications.

Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.

Communicate the project status & completion timeliness to the clients & the management.

Prepare Building Models & Structure plans.

Network and consult with various industry professionals.

Understand the clients’ requirements and environment impacts on the project.

Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections based on the client feedback.

Compile project specifications & keep within budgets and timelines

Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Follow architectural trends and advancements

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 per month
