We in Interior Stories are helping people turn their dream home into reality. We have started our journey 5 years ago. We started everything from scratch, we did several makeover projects, DIYs, and small budget 1 room projects. Days were full of excitement and new experiences. People have loved our thinking, and design process and now we are doing full interior projects. Our journey started in Hyderabad ( The city of nawabs) and being Bengalis we established our 1st design studio in Kolkata (The city of Joy). Our mission to start this venture is to create every home creatively unique, appealing, and welcoming.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the site to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure construction work meets design specifications
- Taking site measurements, making layout in cad.
- Manage personnel on site, including subcontractors, construction workers, and other staff
- Manage project budget and ensure that costs are kept under control
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Ensure that work is completed to a high standard of quality
- Communicate regularly with the design team, subcontractors, and clients to provide updates on project progress, resolve issues, and coordinate activities
- Keep detailed records and prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and other key metrics
- Prepare material reconciliation report

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Design background is a plus)
- 2 to 3 years in Interior supervising work
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Site Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledgeable about construction methods, design principles, and safety regulations - Interior, MEP work and finishing activities
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage personnel, budgets, and schedules effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
