**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in visa services.

Provide detailed information about various visa options, requirements, and processes.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the customer database.

Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or queries.

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet targets and goals.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telecalling role within the immigration business.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Knowledge of visa processes and immigration regulations is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

**Education**:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

**Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi**

**Salary**: ₹8,915.51 - ₹31,457.14 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
