**Key Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish partnerships.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

**Sourcing and Procurement**:Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services based on company needs and specifications.
Review purchase requisitions, obtain quotations, and create purchase orders.

**Cost Negotiation**:Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure advantageous agreements.
Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities.

**Inventory Control**:Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and operational needs.
Conduct regular inventory audits and identify surplus or obsolete items for disposal.

**Quality Assurance**:Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure purchased products meet the required quality standards.
Resolve quality-related issues with suppliers promptly.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and lead times.
Prepare and maintain necessary reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and best practices (desired).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
