Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of electrical equipment, materials, and services (e.g., cables, transformers, switchgear, electrical panels, maintenance supplies).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all supplier information, including contact details, pricing agreements, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, project management, operations) to determine procurement requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchase records and reports.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of critical materials.
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize holding costs.
- Negotiate and secure the best possible prices from suppliers.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures throughout the procurement process.
- Track and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procurement regulations and company policies.
- Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
