Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is eager to build their career in the international export field. As an International Export Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our export operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods across international borders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the coordination and execution of export shipments, including preparing documentation, scheduling shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Communicating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to coordinate logistics and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.

Conducting market research to identify potential export opportunities and support business development initiatives.

Maintaining accurate records of export transactions and updating internal databases with relevant information.

Providing administrative support to the export team, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and organizing meetings.

Assisting with the preparation of export pricing and quotations, and responding to inquiries from prospective customers.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline export processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the field of international business.

This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the international export industry. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
