**Position Overview**:
The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and facilitating the sales process. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The Sales Coordinator acts as a bridge between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient operations.
**Key Responsibility**:
- Support sales team with administrative tasks.
- Manage CRM system, record leads, and interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions.
- Process sales orders and collaborate with operations.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Assist in organizing sales events and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data for trends and insights.
- Communicate between sales, customers, and departments.
- Maintain organized sales documentation.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,012.56 per month
