Reports to: F&B Manager/Supervisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt, courteous, and attentive service to guests
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle guest queries
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate a point-of-sale system
- Participate in menu planning, promotions, and events
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods

**Requirements**:

- 1+ year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 25 kg
