**Location: Surat**

Assists the sales team by setting monthly goals. Takes the team lead to meet sales goals as provided by upper management. Acts as a liaison between various branches of the company and customers. Provides valuable feedback to management to ensure consumers are satisfied with the product.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
- Monitor the team’s progress and identify shortcomings
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events
- Follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them. -Maintain and update all records on software

**Skills**:

- Communication skills

- Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor/Master in Business Administration (Sales/ Marketing)
- 1-2 years of experience in sales

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
