Permanent contract - Full-time - Senior Level - BTEC Higher National Diploma, Diploma of Higher Education - ARCHITECT **Mission**: **Our Purpose** : _"Move people through the wonders of Sport"_ **Profile**: **_As a Solution Architect,_** You will be working collaboratively with the developers and engineering teams to execute different business strategies inline while being an actor on the scope as well. You will be closely working with the executive teams for architecting the solution, aligning the functional needs into technical possibilities. Alongside animating the technical roadmap of the solution with the team and keeping the stakeholders up to date on the transformation. **_ Your Playing Field,_** Technical Implementation : You will be working on different predefined software development methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile (Scrum, Kanban) based on the project demands. Assist and guide the teams to overcome the technical barriers in the project and oversee the implementation program for the standard practices to be followed. Build Expertise : You will be working on continuous development of the team member expertise with the help of internal and external training. You will be sharing your knowledge or/and expertise with the team which allows them to grow in their responsibilities. Making sure our solution is always audit ready (technical) with predefined metrics to be followed and animated on the regular basis. Integrate the documentation and project to product process to streamline the operational excellence. If you are, A strong technical expert in architecting the solution who has the ability to translate functional requirements into technical aspects. A skilled professional with extensive knowledge of the tools, practices and/or processes for the standards to be followed, DevOps for the automation & industrialisation and the quality criteria to be respected for all technologies. **_ Programming_**_ -_ React JS, Angular, JAVA, KOTLIN, Android, iOS_ **_ DBMS_**_ - _Postgres, MySQL, Redis_ - Framework -_ Spring Boot Microservices, J2EE, Hibernate, API_ **_ DevOps _**_-_ CI/CD, Dockers, Kubernetes_ **_ Cloud_**_ - _AWS, GCP_ (Proven work experience (12+ Years) on many projects on the Web and Mobile Application Stack like mentioned above is mandatory) A smart IT project manager skills (from A to Z: getting the budget, understanding that it is essential to think about implementing, supporting, etc..,) - Optional. A strong referent who is constantly self-learning and has a good sense of teamwork. Curious and willing to listen to others with an open mindset. A big fan of prescience in the trend of business and technology, you are also human-oriented and co-work lover. Challenge and accept being challenged in terms of choices and visions. Knows how to communicate, defend their opinions and generate support.
