- **Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Preparing site plans and specifications
- Inspecting construction sites to ensure compliance with design, project specifications, and safety codes
- Directing or performing surveys and measurements
- Estimating costs and preparing budgets
- Planning and coordinating construction activities for timely completion of projects
- Working with architects, consultants, and contractors on project estimations and designs
- Performing geotechnical analysis and conducting soil tests for structural foundations
- Reporting on work progress and budget matters to seniors
- Ensuring materials and workmanship meet the project Quality Standards and Design requirements
- Addressing problems that might arise during construction
- Ensuring the project complies with all building and safety codes
- Communicating with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
