- Deliver month on month targets of Loan Disbursals of Used Car Loan
- Achieve key business matrices of IRR (Internal Return Rate), Fee Income, Cross
- Sell and Business Mix
- Collect Bucket X bounce cases and maintain the desired resolution%
- Track and update PDD (Post Disbursal Documents) / RC with Hypothecation of HFCL
- Identify, hire, train, monitor and motivate the team of retainers as per budget headcount allocated.
- Assist in sale of repossessed stock to minimize the loss.
- Comply with all laid down guidelines and policies.
- Build a network of channel partners / DSAs (Direct Selling Agent) / Dealers to source business.
- Do direct business target through team of retainers.
- Ensure proper service is given to channel partners to build harmonious relationship and grow the business.
- Responsible for Average Dealer Satisfaction Score / Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Track and report competition activities as part of market intelligence.
- Review and control the portfolio of the location.
- Ensure Quality control on sales, strong supervisory control on the team.
- Managing customer complaints / grievances.
