Mis Reconciliation- Backoffice

We are looking for MIS Reconciliation Executive for Andheri West. Following is the job description:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Reconciliation**:

- Compare and reconcile data between different systems, reports, or accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies in data and resolve them through investigation and corrective action.
- Validate transactions, entries, or datasets to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Generate and maintain accurate MIS reports related to reconciled data.
- Prepare periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management reviews.
- Provide data insights and trends to support decision-making.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update master data records in line with reconciled reports.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and consistency across systems.
- Organize and archive reconciliation documents for audit purposes.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to streamline reconciliation tasks.
- Develop automation tools using Excel, VBA, or other software to minimize manual intervention.
- Collaborate with IT teams to fix system-related discrepancies.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams (finance, operations, etc.) to understand reconciliation requirements.
- Liaise with external parties (e.g., banks, vendors) to resolve reconciliation issues.
- Ensure timely communication of discrepancies and resolutions to stakeholders.
- **Audit and Compliance**:

- Assist in audits by providing reconciled data and supporting documents.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

**Key Skills and Competencies For MIS**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions like:

- **Formulas**: VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.
- **Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.**
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving**:

- Strong data interpretation skills.
- Ability to identify trends and recommend actionable insights.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Ensures data accuracy and thoroughness in analysis.
- **Communication**:

- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Certification in Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, or related tools is an advantage.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a data-driven role (e.g., MIS, Business Analyst, Data Analyst).
- Proven experience in handling large datasets and creating automated Excel solutions.

**Tools and Technologies**:

- Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA).
- Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau - optional but beneficial).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
