**Job Overview**:
Looking for a technically skilled and growth-oriented **Cloud & Infrastructure Associate** to help build, manage, and optimize our cloud environments and IT infrastructure. You will play a key part in supporting secure, scalable, and efficient systems that power both business and social impact projects.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and monitor **cloud infrastructure** (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Set up and maintain **virtual machines, storage, databases, and network configurations**:

- Ensure **high availability**, **backup**, and **disaster recovery** readiness
- Support **deployment pipelines**, **CI/CD**, and environment provisioning
- Assist in setting up secure access controls, firewalls, and **identity management**:

- Monitor system performance, logs, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Document IT infrastructure and procedures for compliance and efficiency
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams on cloud-native practices

**Primary Skills (Must-Have)**:

- Experience with **AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform**:

- Familiarity with **virtualization**, **containers (Docker)**, and **Kubernetes**:

- Knowledge of **Linux/Windows server administration**, networking, and shell scripting
- Understanding of **cloud security best practices**, IAM, and encryption
- Experience with **infrastructure-as-code** tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

**Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have)**:

- Exposure to **CI/CD tools** (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
- Monitoring & alerting tools like **CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack**:

- Knowledge of **DevSecOps**, compliance, and policy automation
- Previous involvement in **social tech projects** or nonprofit technology infrastructure

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in cloud computing or IT infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to work in a mission-driven team
