Job Title: Junior Legal Advisor - Real Estate

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 1-2 years

Education: LLB degree

Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting due diligence on property documentation to ensure legality and compliance with regulations.

2. Managing all aspects of Khata documentation and processes.

3. Facilitating CLU (Change of Land Use) conversions as required.

4. Providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions and contracts.

5. Assisting in the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of real estate agreements, leases, and contracts.

6. Researching and staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting real estate transactions.

7. Collaborating with internal teams, external legal counsel, and government authorities as needed.

8. Handling legal documentation and maintaining accurate records.

9. Assisting in resolving legal disputes and matters related to real estate transactions.

10. Supporting other legal and administrative tasks as assigned by senior legal staff.

**Requirements**:
1. LLB degree from a recognized institution.

2. 1-2 years of relevant experience in real estate legal advisory roles.

3. Fluent in Kannada, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

4. Strong understanding of property laws, regulations, and procedures in Karnataka.

5. Experience in conducting due diligence on property documentation is essential.

6. Familiarity with Khata management processes.

7. Knowledge of CLU conversion procedures and regulations.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

9. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

11. Must have a valid two-wheeler license and own a two-wheeler for transportation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
