**Job Title**: Legal Advisor - Real Estate
**Location**: HSR Layout, Sector 4
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in the real estate industry

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Scrutiny**:

- Conduct thorough scrutiny of property documents to verify ownership, title clarity, and legal validity.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with property transactions.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all transactions and documentation comply with real estate laws, regulations, and local governance.
- Stay updated with changes in real estate laws and advise the management accordingly.
- **Documentation**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, sale deeds, lease agreements, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documentation and approvals.
- **Dispute Resolution**:

- Handle legal disputes, including liaising with external legal counsels and appearing before regulatory authorities when necessary.
- Provide legal support for resolving client and vendor grievances.
- **Advisory Role**:

- Offer expert legal advice on land acquisition, property development, and transaction structures.
- Assess risks in business operations and recommend solutions to minimize liabilities.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, operations, and compliance to ensure seamless execution of property transactions.
- Liaise with government authorities for property registrations and related legal approvals.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; additional qualifications in real estate law are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal professional in the real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property registrations, and land acquisition processes.
- Strong analytical and research skills to interpret complex legal documents and provide sound advice.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
