Market Research Intern

Monitor and forecast market trends, clients’ needs, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation. | Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data on consumers, competitors and market place. | Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices. | Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. | Support the product team in daily administrative tasks. | Work with the product team to analyse the consumers’ pain points. | Collecting data on different departments in market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations. | Designing surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences and needs. | Compiling and analysing statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it. | Manage research databases.

Strong attention to detail and an analytical mind. | Ability to cope with a fast paced business environment and adhere to deadlines. | High level of ownership and a go-getter attitude. | Strong organisational skills and detail orientation is required | Data driven approach and mindset. | Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel strongly preferred. | A creative approach to problem solving. | Technical-minded individual who is proficient in understanding complex logic | Understanding of SAAS. | Enjoys working and collaborating in a team environment.
