**Job Summary**:
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, workforce management, and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge and excellent team management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
- Ensure production targets are met as per the schedule and quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization (manpower, machines, materials).
- Maintain documentation related to production, quality, and daily reports.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments to resolve issues.
- Train and motivate workers to improve productivity and reduce rework/rejection.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Analyze production data and suggest improvements to enhance output.
**Requirements**:*
- *Education:* Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
- *Experience:* 3-5 years in a manufacturing/engineering industry, preferably in sheet metal or fabrication.

** Technical Exposure**:*
- Hands-on experience working with M.S., S.S., G.I., and structural materials.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and manufacturing standards.
- Familiar with production planning and shop floor control systems.
- **Skills**:*
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of production processes, drawings, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM practices.
**Working Conditions**:*
- Shift-based work schedule.
- Factory/shop floor environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
