**Hiring Restaurant Captain**

Restaurant Captains are the backbone of the front-of-house operation, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for every guest. They act as a leader for the wait staff, overseeing all aspects of service and ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

**Responsibilities**:
**Guest Service**:
Greet and seat guests, handling reservations and table assignments.

Provide exceptional service throughout the dining experience, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

Upsell menu items and beverages, offering recommendations based on guest preferences.

**Team Leadership**:
Oversee a team of wait staff, delegating tasks and ensuring smooth service flow.

Train new staff on restaurant policies, menu knowledge, and service standards.

Motivate and support wait staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Restaurant Operations**:
Manage the restaurant floor, maintaining a clean and presentable dining area.

Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Assist with resolving guest complaints and service issues.

Contribute to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment.

**Other duties may include**:
Inventory control

Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere

Handling guest feedback

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.

In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

**Excellent time management and organizational skills.**

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

A passion for providing exceptional customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
