**Job Description: Video and Image Creator**

A video and image creator is a creative professional responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing videos and images for various purposes. They utilize their artistic and technical skills to bring ideas to life through captivating visuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and storyboard: Video and image creators work closely with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives. They brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and create storyboards to plan the visual elements and narrative flow of videos and images.
- Produce and edit videos: Using video editing software, video and image creators bring their concepts to life by filming, capturing, and editing video footage. They incorporate visual effects, graphics, transitions, and sound to create polished and professional videos.
- Capture and edit images: Video and image creators also capture and edit high-quality images using digital cameras or other photographic equipment. They use image editing software to enhance images, adjust colors, retouch, and crop photos as needed.
- Select and incorporate music and sound effects: Video and image creators often choose suitable music tracks and sound effects to enhance the overall impact and emotional appeal of their videos. They synchronize audio with video footage and ensure that the audio elements complement the visuals.
- Collaboration and communication: Video and image creators collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other creative professionals to understand project goals and ensure that the final products meet the desired vision. They communicate ideas, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback during the creative process.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Video and image creators keep up to date with the latest video editing techniques, software tools, and visual trends. They continuously enhance their skills and explore new creative approaches to deliver compelling and current videos and images.
- Organization and time management: Video and image creators often work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines. They must effectively manage their time, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality videos and images within given timelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong photography and image editing skills using software like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
- Knowledge of cinematography techniques, lighting, and composition.
- Understanding of visual storytelling and narrative structure.
- Familiarity with visual effects and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to select and synchronize music and sound effects to enhance videos.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and creative teams.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to produce visually appealing and engaging videos and images.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video and image work, demonstrating proficiency in various styles and techniques.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
