**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a talented Video Editor/Instructor to fulfill a dual role. This position involves producing professional-quality video content while teaching and mentoring students in video editing techniques and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**As a Video Editor**:

- Edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and other projects.
- Use advanced editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and special effects.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging video concepts and storyboards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and emerging editing styles.
- Manage multiple video projects and deliver within deadlines.

**As an Instructor**:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive video editing courses, covering tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects.
- Create engaging course materials, including tutorials, presentations, and hands-on projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them refine their skills and techniques.
- Share industry insights, best practices, and real-world experiences to inspire students.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and skill levels.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio of work.
- Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of storytelling, pacing, and cinematic techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex tools and techniques in a simple and engaging manner.
- **Certifications**: Certifications in video editing software or related fields are an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus
