We are looking for an experienced and talented Video Editor to join our busy creative team.

As a video editor, you will oversee material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects,

graphics, and special effects in order to create a final film or video product that accurately

reflects the creative director's vision.

To be a successful video editor, you should be well-versed in modern video editing

techniques, be able to visualize directorial concepts, and work within a strict time frame.

Finally, a talented video editor can flawlessly translate a director's vision into a beautifully

crafted film or video piece fit for broadcast.

**Video Editor Responsibilities**:

- Meet with the art director to determine the vision for video production.
- Examine the raw materials to create a shot list.
- Use modern editing techniques to manipulate film and video footage.
- Trim footage and put together the final project.
- Insert dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
- Collaborate with the creative team throughout the project.
- Ensure all editing cuts, splices, changes and additions appear seamless and natural

and help the story flow more effectively in the finished product.
- Evaluate edited footage to make sure it matches the story from the script and meets

the narrative agenda of the director.
- Discuss project timeline, narrative structure, story goals, and more with the director

and creative team.

**Video Editor Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or related field.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience as a video editor.
- Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere,

Final Cut Pro X, Avid Media Composer, and Lightworks.
- Creative and artistic skills.
- Familiarity with 3D composition and special effects.
- Portfolio of completed video productions.
- Ability to work on a tight schedule.
- Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
