**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to potential and existing customers over the phone, provide information about our products or services, answer questions, and address concerns. The Tele caller will play a key role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
- Respond to incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and address complaints.
- Follow a prepared script to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered.
- Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
- Handle customer objections and queries in a professional and effective manner.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per year
