**Role Overview**:
As a Graphic Designer at Ishvaa Life, you'll be at the forefront of crafting and refining our brand's visual narrative. Working closely with our marketing team, you'll breathe life into our story, ensuring that every design element resonates with our values and message.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and evolve our visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and touch points.
- Conceptualize and design a wide array of digital and print materials, including captivating social media graphics, impactful marketing collateral, and memorable promotional items.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize creative campaigns that effectively communicate our brand story and values.
- Harness the power of storytelling through design to forge a deep emotional connection with our target audience.
- Keep abreast of design trends, infusing innovative techniques to elevate our brand's visibility and impact.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in graphic design, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing strong branding and visual storytelling.
- Proven experience collaborating with social media and brand agencies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience in UI/UX design, with familiarity in FIGMA being preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a penchant for thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- A creative visionary with meticulous attention to detail and a fervent dedication to brand-building through design.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to tight deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Expected Hours**: 20 - 25 per week

**Schedule**: Day shift/ Night shift, Monday-Friday, with weekend availability.
