**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct English-language research using a variety of online sources, especially commercial registries and corporate databases, legal databases, and media sources, including (but not limited to):

- Corporate records, as available on the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs;
- Media articles, to identify key concerns, relating to Target Entities and Target Individuals;
- Research and review subscribed databases, International watchlist, and regulatory databases;
- Conduct social media analysis;
- Conduct review on ultimate beneficiary ownership (BO) and key controller according to policy and review for sanctions and adverse media;
- Analyze lawsuits pertaining to criminal and civil matters;
- Conduct false-positive analysis on alert generation for counterparties alerted against watch-list for sanctions and adverse media;
- Summaries the finding in the pre-defined format;
- Ensuring that projects are delivered to deadline, within budget and in compliance with GT’s risk management protocols, regulatory obligations, and ethical standards; and
- Responsible for the quality assurance process and handling client issues for the region/ practice.
- Responsible for assisting Managers in preparing Proposals and Engagement Letters;
- Should be market-focused and be able to bring business;
- Managing and contributing to the development of junior staff;
**Desired Profile**:

- Graduate/ Post Graduate (BBA /BCOM/ MCOM /MBA)
- Experience of up-to two years in Corporate Intelligence, Integrity Due Diligence, Counter-party Due Diligence, Asset Tracing, Investigations, Senior Management Due Diligence, Market Intelligence, Market Research, and strategic risk arena;
- Experience of conducting public domain research with mínimal oversight;
- Deep understanding of the research techniques and subscribed databases; and
- Experience in drafting reports and other deliverables suitable for presentation to a client.
